In honor of our 100th year and to uphold this value, we are proudly donating $100,000 each to two incredible Louisiana nonprofit organizations: Dreams Come True of Louisiana and The ALS Foundation. Guaranty Corporation’s Legacy of Giving Back
Since its beginning, Guaranty Corporation has believed in the power of community. This belief has shaped our identity and fueled our desire to commit to philanthropic partnerships in Louisiana. Over the years, working with Louisiana charities has allowed us to create deeper connections, extend our impact, and unite ourselves in service to others.
Reaching our 100-year milestone has inspired us to further that commitment, which is why we’ve chosen two causes that mean so much to our Guaranty family.
The ALS Foundation
The ALS Foundation is another cause that holds a special place in our hearts. ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, is a devastating condition that strips individuals of muscle control over time.
For Guaranty Corporation, supporting The ALS Foundation is a deeply personal mission. Flynn Foster, CEO of Guaranty Corporation, lost his sister Felisha to ALS in 2017. This loss led to a partnership with The ALS Foundation.
The ALS Foundation uses donations to provide crucial care and fund groundbreaking research in the fight to cure ALS, offering hope for families affected by this disease. With our $100,000 contribution, we honor Felisha while supporting the foundation’s lifesaving work across Louisiana and beyond.
Dreams Come True of Louisiana
Dreams Come True of Louisiana is a nonprofit that works tirelessly to bring joy to children battling life-threatening illnesses. Led with heart and compassion by Becky Prejean, this organization fulfills big dreams, whether it’s meeting a child’s favorite musician or walking onto the LSU baseball field on game day.
Guaranty Corporation has been raising and donating money to Dreams Come True for more than twenty years. Guaranty recently sponsored a child’s dream of going to Disney World. Sadly, she passed away before her dream could be fulfilled. That moment sparked a deeper commitment at Guaranty to ensure every child has the opportunity to chase their dreams.
As supporters of the Dreams Come True mission, we aim to bring light to young lives marked by extraordinary challenges. By donating $100,000 to this cause, we hope to create more magical moments while thanking their team for the incredible work they do every day.
